Practical information about training

All TALANTIUM trainings are the passionate experiences based on our easy learning pedagogy.
Training success is guaranteed by active involvement of the participants into learning process.

Practically, the training organisation is as follows :

Training duration: Each training starts at 9.00 a.m. or at 10.00 a.m. and finishes between at 6 p.m. or 19.00 p.m. The duration of every program is adapted to training goals and customer’s specification.

Meals: Apart from the coffee breaks in the mornings and afternoons, a lunch is provided for each participant for the duration of the course. Common meals are a great opportunity for the mutual sharing of experiences.

Leaving messages: If necessary, companies may reach their employees in the training centres by phone or fax. Internet access may also be provided if required. Messages –unless urgent - will be passed on during breaks.

Training material: Each participant will receive a manual edited by our trainers. This document serves as support material both for the course, and in everyday work. As we are continuously developing as a company, our training documents are also updated regularly.

Trainer: As our consultants are both accomplished in their fields and carefully trained in Talantium and Cegos methods, they are able to add their own experiences from company training programmes to the material they teach at our open courses.

Training assessment: To continuously enhance the quality of our work, we take the participant feedback very seriously. Participants will therefore be asked to fill in an assessment sheet after each training experience.

Certificate of participation: All participants will be issued a personal certificate to verify their participation in the training course.
